how many issues can kanban board displayed

How many issues will be displayed in a kanban board..?

The Kanban board should be able to display as many issues as configured on the board query as long as the corresponding statuses  are linked to columns. What is your use case? Do you want to limit the number?

There isn’t a fixed number to this. It all depends on how much resource you have on your server that Jira can make use of.

After a certain point, this begins to impact the whole Jira server because the more the tickets available in the board search query, the longer it takes the application to perform and display the search result.

My advise would be to release old issues frequently or use the sub-filter to remove older ones, however for the maximum number, it depends on your server spec and how much of its resources you dedicate to Jira.
