how solve "They are trying to upload too many issues" problem

i get this alert when i try to look my backlog, how i can look this again

Looks like there are too many issues in your backlog which is taking a lot of time to get loaded, which is the cause of this error. You might want to update the filter as specified in the error message or use the filter along with few other conditions and take a look at the issues using the default search option.

As the error says, seems like someone in your project is trying to load a good bunch of issues. If you have surpassed that screen, one way (optional) to find the error details will be "audit logs". Your Jira admin will have access to those logs.
