how to add quick filters on kanban board

I can't find, how to add quick filters on kanban board

It's under board administration.

If you don't have that link near the top right, then you're either not a board admin, or you are looking at a board of a type that does not have quick filters.

unfortunately, i don't have quick filters. How can i add them?

By going to board config (the ... at the top right) -> quick filters

Your screenshot shows quick filters on it, so you do have them.

as i can see in new design quick filters doesn't work?
