how to automatically transfer story from one project to another

Hello,

is there a way how to automatically a dynamically copy bugs (or any other issue types) created in one project to another project? 

Another question = is it possible that one bug shares two projects, so when edited, these changes are displayed in both projects?

Basically there are plugins for that purpose in the marketplace or you can setup Jira Project Automation to synchronise linked issues when one issue is edited.
