Does anyone know how to change the subscription to another site.
We opt in for cloud migration, we purchased the licenses. But the old site is gone. In newly created site I see only trial. How to enable or change the subscription?
I understand that you have a Cloud Migration trial. If this was associated via a Data Center license, then the user(s) listed as the billing/technical contact for that account would have to login to https://my.atlassian.com in order to activate that Cloud site.
If you are unable to do that, then I'd recommend creating a support case using the link https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/
This should create a CA work item where our billing support team can then investigate further.

It's probably best to ask support, or contact an Atlassian partner to help you. There is more information needed that you shouldn't put on a public forum to be able to understand what is going on with your site(s) and subscriptions.
