i think this is not the correct for cloud as in release notes for jira software 9.1.x is latest

That is the release for the server not the cloud, for cloud it shows a different version. :)

Jira cloud doesn't have a version in the same way the server or data center products do.
Can you clarify please why you want this information or what you need it for?

Version is specifically for Data centre .Cloud is totally handle and managed by Atlassian and hence no choice to choose version in cloud.
However there may be differnt Subscription in cloud like Free ,Standard,Premium etc.
