I want to collect feedbacks on the tickets raised by users. Feedbacks are supposed to be received for each ticket from the reporter.
Is there a way to enable it in Jira Software?
Since there is no native functionality in Jira Software, you might consider an add-on app. There are a few in the "marketplace.atlassian.com", for customer feedback in Jira Software.
