how to compare a custom field that is shared between two projects?

Is there a way to compare a custom field that is shared between two projects and link the issues if the shared custom field has the same value. 

or maybe using Groovy.

it's a nfeed custom that is shared between two projects and when an issue in both projects has the same custom field value, those issues needs be linked.

Yea, but i need to compare the value of that custom between just 2 projects and link them if the value of the custom field is the same in both the [rojects.

Hum, i'm not sure its possible since its the same field (and name) but in different project. I will try a subfilter but i'm sure it won't work
