how to create labels for my incidents?

Hello, I want to create labels in my project to be able to group the incidents, can someone help me to know where I can create the labels?

You need to add the Labels field to the screen, it's not included by default.

Once it's enabled the field can be populated by users and then you can filter based on its value.
