how to deactivate my current id and reactive with my company domain id

I used Jira with my office email id get get understanding how to work.

now my company taken paid version of Jira, but I did not get invitation might be cause of I am existing user.

 

How to I deactivate my old account and use the new one.

Hi @Amberish Singh

I understand your situation and here are my suggested options for your consideration:

Option 1. Change the email of your old account: 

  • Click on your profile icon at the bottom-left corner and go to Profile
  • Select Account settings or Profile settings
  • Change the email address associated with your account to a personal or another email address you have access to
  • Confirm the change through the verification email sent to your new email address.

>> Then you notify your Jira admin and request them to resend the invitation to your office email.

Option 2. Deactivate your Old Account:
