how to delete transaction in a workflow

I have a transaction called PM clarification which is assigned to all status in workflow how can i delete the transaction

Sure. If you have admin permissions- project settings - workflows - edit the workflow, click the transition and delete then publish

Thank you for the reply but the transaction is not shown in delete transaction list but displayed in View.The transaction is for all the status..please help

Please provide a screenshot of what you are looking at when trying to delete the transition. I don’t understand “ delete transaction list“.

do you mean "transition"?  

As Jack mentioned, you have to remove transition logic in the workflow itself.
Major changes to workflows must be done on an offline version, so you may need to make a copy of the workflow you want to change, make your changes on the offline copy, then switch the active worfklow on the project to the new workflow with the changes you just made.

you cannot drastically change an active workflow.

you can only delete it when it is no longer used in any workflow scheme
