Hi there,
I am project manager on this site and I need some help with Jira. First of all, is it possible to generate a report on Jira - it would be a progress report - or would I need a different platform for that? If I'd need to use a different platform, how can I transfer data from one platform to the other, please?
Thank you so much.
Best regards,
Endre Kallai
Hello @Endre Kallai
Jira has its built-in reports, which you can discover here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/generate-a-report/.
If you want to get more detailed info, try add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace. Such as:
Time in Status for Jira Cloud, which generates 7 types of reports:
Issue History generates a report, that shows all the changes that have been made to each issue (the author and date of changes from the creating till completing).
SLA Time and Report calculates SLA time and generates a report that includes all SLA data according to your targets.
I hope it helps.
Best regards, Mariana
ok, sorry. i should be more specific. in our board we have created 3 columns. if it is at all possible, i would just need to have a way of extracting the information from one specific column only. diagrams or other chart would not work for us. is there a way to just do that?
