JIRA for the each ticket, we are able to see the "SLA Days In Triage", "SLA Days to Resolved" etc.. when I was trying to get the same using JQL, I could find any method to get that value.

Can you please help where I could find the command help guide to understand the command and its usage.

Hi @Syed J

I can't help you to get SLA using JQL. But as usual, users of Jira are set SLA using one of two tools. First - it is build-in SLA for Jira Servis Desk.

Another solution is one of the third-party add-ons from the Atlassian Marketplace. They differ from the first one - that they let you set SLA time for not only tickets from support but also for all issues from Jira. For example, for Jira Cloud, you cant try  SLA Time and Report.  It let you specify statuses as a trigger to start/stop and pause your SLA.

Hope it helps
