1. Edit custom field in the system. (need jira admin access)
2. Click the gear to your right and select edit in any of the custom field.
3. DO NOT changing anything, click on "Update" buttom
4. click on the "Create" button on the top to create a JIRA issue.
5. the wizard screen will show up.
@Eddie M , I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you saying that clicking "Next" does not take you to the screen to complete the creation of the issue or something else?

We were trying to figure out how to consistently get to this issue creation wizard screen. We sometimes see it but not consistently in the on prem server version.
