how to make a queue hierarchy?

we created SD project in Jira.
Default queues have been deleted, created new gueuses but we cannot make there hierarchy. 
Help!

I think you are talking about this Feature, that is meant in this Improvement

There is also a workaround, that is using the Character ↳ U+2183

Hi, I'm not sure I really understand what you want to achieve here :)
