how to remove user notification from jira software project

need to remove user notification permission from jira software project.

Hello,

In order to do this, you can :

1. Go to your administration menu, to notification schemes (which requires admin access)
2. Create a new empty notification scheme
3. From your project, go to project settings
4. Go in notification schemes, and select the empty scheme you just created
