how to send the notification to the people whose status in tempo timesheet is not submitted

Can the system automatically send the email to the people whose status in tempo timesheet is "ready to submit"? 

If not, how I can get the status of Team Member in the tempo? I want to make a script to send this email.

Tempo Scheduler can send email notification to:

1. everyone who needs to submit timesheet

2. late users after the end day of the period (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
