Hi,
I'd like to know there is no way to share Issues with a group in business projects in Gira. (Like the customer's portal in the service desk projects), it is necessary for reporter to share which created issue with his group. On the other hand, reporter has been added in security level field only. Is there a way for the reporter and his group to see only the issues created by their group in a workflow in a business project?

Thanks
first of all, you need to create the desired groups and include the respective users in the user management. Afterwards, you have to configure the security levels. Assign the groups to the respective security levels. After creating an issue and choosing this security level, only the assigned group can view this issue.
How to configure security levels and assign them to the project is described here:

Hi @Dennis S_,
Thank you for your response. But I did not mean that. The security level field has been completed based on the issue Type automatically. Current scenario is this: All users can create issues for groups by selecting issue type, and security level only gives access to the reporter and the members of that group (ones who are going to do actions for issue). The question is: How to give access to those people who are in the same group as the reporter? Automatically based on the reporter field. Probably a post function or something else. Is there any example like in situation like this?
Thanks a lot,
Bahareh

Maybe resolution 3 could be an appropriate solution. But in my opinion, it is not possible to give the view-rights to the reporters group in addition to the already by the reporter selected group. Alternatively, you can create several security level with both groups included, the reporters group and the possibly selected group.
Best regards
Dennis
