how to stop inactive users showing up under watchers

Why does the auto complete for watchers include inactive users?

Shouldn't it be limited to active users who have access to the issue's project

Hi Zac,

Which version of JIRA are you running that you still face this issue? As Timothy mentioned, this was a bug and is already fixed on version 6.3 onwards.
