how to stop the administrator to access the space of page in confluence?

I create a space ,and add one page , and set the permission of this page ,let someone have the right to access this page.

but I find an onther administrator can also access this page ?

How do I do to stop him to access this page ?

Members of the confluence-administrators group are hardcoded super group and cannot be restrained: Confluence-administrators super group

You must remove them from this super group to restrict pages. If they are in the super group, restrictions will not work.
