When reviewing descriptive content in a field, Click to Edit pops up. Some have found this distracting. Is there a way to disable this tooltip?

The instructions given is a workaround and involves workflow modifications :(
Edit: Found an easy way to disable.. Well, that is there right in the JIRA administration -> System -> General Configurations -> Inline edit
