Hi,

"Issue type" dimension is imported in eazyBI based on issue types used for imported issues.

You could create scripted custom text field (using some JIRA plugin: JIRA Misc or ScriptRunner) that returns joined issue types as a comma separated string, and then import this custom field into eazyBI as a custom dimension. To import precalculated custom field in eazyBI, you should add advanced settings for this field. You could find how to define advanced settings in our documentation: https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Advanced+settings+for+custom+fields
