Hi @aditya panigrahi welcome to the community. I would start with Atlassian University to get an overview of the applications you use. There are several free classes that will give you a good idea of what the applications can do. The link is here: Atlassian University
Then it would depend on what your roles are. I would then look around the application and see how it work to get some experience.

Here are three things many people don't understand.
1. When you delete something it is gone. There is no recycle bin or other way to recover an issue, workflow, etc. except doing a restore from backup, which overwrites the current data. Don't give anyone delete permission.
2. Do not put the resolution field on ANY screen except the transition screen in the workflow step to close the issue. Whenever the resolution field is presented it is REQUIRED
3. If you're using agile, for an issue to be 'done' it must be resolved AND be in the far right column.
