i cannot see development tool on an opened issue

for some reason i cannot see development panel in an opened issue and also when i click on any project's development tool to see the settings it reports 500 error.

what is the reason? the fisheye application is well connected and without any issue.

Hi @j.tam 

Looking at your URL (which by the way I’ll recommend not posting in a public community), I suspect the server is hosted locally else the question would be why aren’t you accessing both from their correct domain names?

I will recommend looking at your Jira and Fisheye logs because they’ll tell you more than anyone of us can without some log entry to go by?

A whole lot of reasons could lead to this problem but as things stand right now the logs are you best choice.
