when iam trying to create a ticket i got some errors like
Error 1 - "Fix Version/s" field is required and the project "PROJECT" does not have any versions.
Error 2 - Fix Versions/s: Fix Versions/s is required

I understand you are trying to create a ticket in Jira but getting errors.
Seems in your Jira project, Fix Version/s field is set as required field. And there is no versions created in your project. Kindly check with your project/Jira administrator to see where this field is set required (either on "Field configuration scheme" or on workflow).
Right not you won't be able to create issues until this field is marked optional (Instead of required).
