i have created a start date and end date custom field but the user has creates there tickets in back

i have created a start date and end date custom field, but the user has creates there tickets in back date dont put the current date,

so how can i slove these issue

 please provide me a solution

Yes we can prevent this with the help of Validator during create transition:

1. Go to Project settings > Workflows > Edit the desired workflow > Select the diagram mode > select the "Create" transition > Validators.
2. On the next page, click on "Add validator" and choose the Date Compare validator. Date: select your preferred Date type custom field. ...
3. Add.
4. Publish Draft > Publish.
