i like to know when i add user from jira , he will be added to the LDAP directory ?

I linked my jira with ldap , it works fine , now  ldap = order 1 , jira internal = order 2. the ldap configurated as read/write .

The poni i like to know , is when i create a new user by jira , he will be added to the ldap or no ???

No. Users created in JIRA won't be added to LDAP.

It is possible to connect to LDAP with Read/Write access but that is a different scenario. In that case, updates to Users/Groups of Memberships will be propagated to LDAP.
