Hey, i've deleted a project from trash, could we undo this? Do you have any solutions about this problem? Or could you redirect me right services?

Hi Kenan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, once you delete it from the Trash, it is gone. You might want to look at a backup app like Revyz Back and Restore app in case this happens in the future. You would then be able to get deleted projects or issues back.

Thank you @John Funk

Hi @Kenan Koşar

You have two options:

1. If you deleted the project within the last 60 days and the Trash bin has not been emptied then you can recover the project back from the trash bin

Settings -> Projects -> Trash

2. Backup your data using an app like ours - Revyz Data Manager and you can recover your data at any time, ofcourse you can not only recover back your project, but you can recover back attachments, issues, screens, workflows, etc.. the Revyz Data Manager for Jira addresses multiple use cases besides Backup & Restore:

  • Manage | Cloud 2 Cloud data Cloning | example use case sandbox to prod
  • Protect | Backup & Restore | all Jira project types (JSW, JSM etc.. including JSM Assets)
  • Analyze | Jira site analytics for the Administrator
  • Optimize | Jira site optimization | example use cleanup of jira site, easily delete unwanted configuration

Thanks
