Sorry @thunchanok Suphapha, if the project is deleted from the trash and you do not have a  backup, I think it is fully lost of the project.

But you can check with Atlassian support if there is any chance to restore from their backups. But I think their backups are not useful to restore only a single project but only the whole Jira instance restore... Ask and check...

You may also want to consider setting up an automated backup for your cloud site data.  There isn't anything built into Jira to do this yet, but here are some articles and sites to get you started if you are interested:
