im so confuse why i cant see test detail

i use free trail of jira plugin xray and try to use the test management 

i got a problem when i create the test case issue 

i cant see the test detail error said "error rending web panel"

i check the permission already and still dont know how to fix it 
btw i used the jira for learning please help me 

can u tell me the step of solve the problem ?
