small practical question; how to copy an entire project

in my previous projects there was a possibility to copy an entire project, to create a back up, in which only sys ad has access.

I created an online back up, but besides this want to create a copy of my project

have found out how to copy bugs, story's and epics; using CLONE.

searching for clone/copy entire project instead of step by step copy
