import issues from csv - Field List

Is there a way to customize the Field List that appears on the MAP Fields page while trying to import issues using a tab delimited excel file?

I actually want to import a column into comments field along with issue

You just need to title that column as "Column". Take a look at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+CSV
