I am importing few tickets in JIRA. The import works fine. Ticket does get created also however the date field is not getting updated with dates mentioned in the excel.
e.g if created d () ate is set to 02-03-2012( 2nd March 2012) while the ticket is getting it changes the date to 02-01-2102(2nd Jan2012) which means its taking the day correctly but not the month. Month field is fixed to JAN irrespective of what is mentioned in the excel sheet. I am attaching a sample row of excel and screen shot of ontrak2.0 ticket created

Hi Neeta it should at least be M/d/yyyy hh:mm:ss a you are using, not m/d/yyyy hh:mm:ss

and how do you find the months october, november and december? and all days after the 9th of each month?

Maybe you should be using MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss ?

Hav you set the correct date format during the import?

In your case it should be: dd-MM-yyyy

Thanks christian for looking into this. The date/time format I am using is

m/d/yyyy hh:mm:ss a

also if that is the case the date and month should interchange with each other however the month field is stuck to Jan.

i have more than 50 tickets now still the month in each ticket is Jan.
