importing the data

I'm Punukollu and i just wanted to follow-up issue with my instance.In our Organisation we have two instance and we are importing  data from instance to another instance.both instance are jira cloud only.so we are facing problem can you just help us.

The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be added to the Custom Field [ Service Line L1 -> Service Line L2 ]. The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be found or is in the incorrect format
