After a user has responded to an e-mail from the system, Jira has written a comment in the ticket as requested. So far, the expected proceed, which works for years.
The user came up with the glorious idea to pull back the mail Outlook page.
A comment was created: "USERXXX wants to" "call back the message" [JIRA] (XXX-1723) String with Title" Each time the Incoming Mail Hanlder runs (every 20 minutes), the first comment is written to the ticket again + an attachment is added (was included in the comment)
The logs write that diligently, but I can not get more info from the logs.
The question is, can I stop this?
Thx,
Ricko
Log in to your mailbox that is connected to mail handler and try to remove the affecting message (or move to a different folder/or simply read). To prevent that in the future you can create a mailbox rule to move/delete that kind of incoming messages.
Hi Mirek,
that worked, but I already have a rule that automatically deletes the mail after reading.
The return of the sender has somehow taken out of force.
Thank you for the quick support
