increase customfield value in groovy

Hi!

I'm trying to increase the value of a customfield by 1 in a post-function using groovy, but i have no idea how to do it.

EX: if my customfield_10546 is checked (it's a checkbox), i want the groovy post-function to increase the value of my customfield 10553 by 1.

I think you can only increase a field of type number. Increase a checkbox does not make sense ...
