Re-indexing is allowing me to rank issues

When I try to move stories around in Jira Agile, I get a message that says

JIRA Agile cannot execute the rank operation. This board has recently been configured to use the Rank field. The system must be re-indexed before you can rank issues. Ask your administrator to perform a manual re-index.

Re-indexing the system does not help.

This only started happening recently.

Please help

I am using the ondemand version so unable to roll back. Is there an ETA on a fix?

How do you enter a support ticket? I can't figure out how to do that at that link you provlded. The ticket also states that the issue is resolved but I am still having trouble moving stories in my backlog.
