integrate azure alerts with jira ticketing tool

Hi Team,

Need your attention.

Iam planning to integrate azure alerts with jira ticketing tool.

Currently i have sets all alerts in azure monitor and in action group i have put my email Id.

So if any alerts fires it send notification to my email.

Now I want whenever alerts get generated it should create  jira ticket.

I have gone trough many article which show how to intigrate this with webhooks.

But iam not able to understand how and what to put.

Please help me in this

Hi @Saurabh pandey ,

If the alerts are sent by email, then you can just configure Azure to send the  alert email to Jira as well and then create an email handler to create tickets from these emails in the desired project in Jira.
