I would like to add structure to a program and have a section for controlling of cost and lead time to target. Is adding a dedicated component the right way to do it?

Hi Volker,

Adding a Component to a project will help you to group issues together that have a common theme or thread. Usually something that is on-going such as iOS Development or Android or Browser or something like that. 

Of course it could be Cost related or anything you want to group the issues.

Not sure that really solves what you are looking for though.
