is it possible to have Add on Plugin for Limited users?

We have say 500 JIRA users and we need a particular plugin for only 10 users. Like Gantt-Chart Plugin only for limited users who are Project Managers. IS it possible to buy plugin for limited users ?

Hi @Vikrant Jain,

According to the license agreement do you have to license any add-ons always for all users. 

So if your Jira license is for 500 users, your add-ons must be licensed also to that user tier. Even if only 1 user wants to use that.

If you have more than one Jira license (Core, Software, Service Desk) in your instance, the license with the highest user tier is the relevant one.
