is it possible to ignore flagged tasks in the count of tasks in a column?

We've set constrains on the number of tasks allowed in a column, sometimes though we have flagged tasks that we don't want to move back, but they still count in the amount of tasks in the column. 

Is there a way to ignore them?

You can just have a quickfilter to filter out flagged tasks - they still count then but if you use the quick filter you see the count without flagged issues. If that is not enough, you have to exclude flagged issues from your board filter but this is dangerous because you can forget them easily. Of course you can subscribe to a filter for this kind of issues e.g.to get notified if they are not updated within one day so that you don't forget them...
