Hello @UdayKiran

Welcome to community :)

Yes there were few users affected by an incident where in  Development data is not showing up in Issue view.

Request you to raise a ticket with support : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

So they can further check your instance and see if its due to the issue

Thank You,

Prachi

Hi @UdayKiran

You’re not alone—this happens more often than it should. If pull requests aren’t showing up in Jira, it’s usually due to one of these:

  • The GitHub repo isn’t properly linked in the DVCS settings
  • The PR isn’t tied to a Jira issue key in the branch name or commit message
  • Permissions or token scopes might be too limited
  • The integration app itself is lagging or disconnected (it happens)

If you're looking for something more reliable—especially for teams that rely on clean traceability between Jira and GitHub—OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) offers a deeper sync. It tracks PRs, branches, commits, and even comments—automatically linking them to Jira issues in real time, without relying on fragile connections.

It’s designed to just work—at scale, across repos, and without slowing anything down.

Hope it helps!

Hi @UdayKiran

Not really. Have you checked whether it impacts only 1 issue or impacts all issues and projects in your site?

Are you using any additional plugins for this use case?
