Hi @Venkata Krishna Reddy Nalavala

In the left navigation for each Project, there is a Reports section which has a time tracking report. It shows you  the total time spent for each issues in the project. However if you need more detailed reporting you can try out a mktplace app. We have also built an app for the same use case. The app allows to track time spent by resources with multiple filters / category / grouping features. Do try it out.

Hi @Venkata Krishna Reddy Nalavala

If you just need total time spent for an issue, you can find it on the right-hand side of the issue, inside the "Details Panel" panel. If you don't see it, then you either need to add "Time tracking" field to field configuration using the "Details" button at the bottom or your Jira administrator have installed a timesheet add-on and selected it as "Time tracking provider" under the "issue settings". For the second case, you need to check user manual of the add-on.

There are a lot of marketplace apps which can help you to track worklogs better. As a vendor, I want to recommend our own app, WorklogPRO for Jira. It lets you filter, group worklogs according to your criteria. You can check list of all capabilities here. It is developed with Forge platform of Atlassian and for this reason, even as a vendor we don't have access to your data. It is cloud fortified too.

Hello @Venkata Krishna Reddy Nalavala

You can try using a third-party App like Clockwork Automated Time Tracking and Timesheet. You can use the Free version.

Clockwork allows users to Manually or automatically track time.

Tracking time automatically means that when the Issue status is transitioned into an active status then time is tracked for the assigned user, OR you can track manually, by using the PLAY and PAUSE button or just entering the time spent.

Clockwork also offers a comprehensive report of the Time Tracked by all users. This report can be filtered/broken down using different components and you are also able to see different time ranges.

Please reach out to me here and I can give you a DEMO of the App.
