i would like that when an issue is moved, to a specific issue type, a specified wiki should automatically attach itself to the issue.

I've tested on a test instance and there is no option to link an article to a ticket using automation or a post function on the workflow.
The option that may help you is to use the add-on "Automation for Jira", then you can add a comment to the ticket with the KB link when the ticket is moved.
It's necessary to use an add-on because the Automation in Jira Service Desk does not have the trigger "Ticket moved".
You can use the Free version of this add-on to test and check if this option works for you:
