As far as I can see getEstimate() method of the issue object returns the Remaining Estimate that includes subtasks. Same goes for getOriginalEstimate() and getTimeSpent().
How can I can those values that EXCLUDE subtasks?

getEstimate() already returns values EXCLUDING subtasks.
