Hello, is there any option to see if a member of my team has deleted an incident?

Maybe it was not deleted but moved to another project. 

If it is deleted, there is no way to see this event in Jira. 

The add-ons from the marketplace work only for issues that are deleted after the app is installed.

Some ways to prevent losing deleted issues in the future:

• Disable permission for the regular users and allow it to admins only.
• Protect your projects with backups. In case, you have backed up your project, start a new JIRA instance and import the issues from the backup. Jira Cloud - Restore Issues & Site from Backup
• Get the app from the Atlassian Marketplace. I can recommend one from my team, it's called Issue History for Jira. You can track and restore deleted issues here. 30-day free trial. You can only find and restore those issues deleted after you install the app and activate the option.

What add-on could I use? since I just want to see if anyone on the team has deleted something

@Sistemas CDR, all add-ons can show you only the issues that were deleted after you installed the add-on. So, you can't find previously deleted tasks.

Just wanted to emphasize that for everyone. Add-ons can help you track and recover any issue if someone deletes it in the future. For example, the one that I mentioned developed by my team, Issue History for Jira has an option to track and restore deleted tasks.

By default, Jira does not track deleted issues and deleted issues are lost forever. To prevent it happening again, you can try Restore Deleted Issues app developed by our team. In order for this app to work, the app must have been installed before the issue is deleted.

After you install this app,

• Both bulk and single issue deletions are logged.
• You can see when and by whom issues are deleted.
• You can recover summary, description, comments except attachments.
