I've created a new issue type with some very specific fields (including drop-downs and radio button selections). I've set these up in an order that makes sense when filling them in.
I've integrated this with a Slack channel to make it easy for people to quickly fill these in directly in Slack.
However, when I use /jira create in the channel it loads the Issue creation form but all of the fields are in a completely random order that makes no sense. For example, Start date is near the top, End date is somewhere near the bottom (they should be together). All of the other fields are completely jumbled up.
There are also a couple of unwanted fields that I can't see how to hide:
- Flagged
- issue colour
Any ideas on how I can fix this? I set this up as a Team Managed project but not sure if that makes any difference.
