You can do so while creating the dashboard or you can update it separately as well,

1. When creating you get the following page in which you can click on the add button (highlighted) and share with whatever the group of people you select from the adjoining drop down list.Capture.PNG
2. If you have already created your dashboard you can go to "tools" in the right top corner and go to "edit dashboard" which will give you a page similar to the above image on which you can follow the previous steps.
