Hi Team,

We are on JIRA Cloud, and looking to configure Incoming email handler to one JIRA project.

I have added POP/ IMAP mail Server with using email id and password (Outlook).

While configure incoming email handler I am getting error like attached screen shot.

Hey Musku,

I can see that you are trying to configure incoming emails for domain capgemini.com.

The error you are getting seem to be coming from "Gmail" as it says "connection to host "imap.gmail.com". However, based on MX record of domain capgemini.com, it seems that your mailbox it is not hosted by Gmail.

If that's the case, I believe that you need to correct your "Host Name" in the "POP / IMAP Mail Servers" section and change it to the hostname of the mail server you are actually using.
