When I edit an issue and want to link it to an epic via epic link field, the automated suggestions display epics, which are not part of the board (project). I only want to see epics of the current context. How can I do that? Is there a way to configure the epic link field?
Thank you!
From JIRA you cannot do it. However, if you try to do it from jira-agile planning board it should be lot easier.
Its just dragging and dropping the issues into the epics on theleft hand navigation and that will link the issues to the epics.

Thank you. This confirms my experience. The problem is, that I don't have the plan mode in Kanban boards.
